Not as advertised. There was no outdoor seating area unless you consider perching on the curb 'outdoor seating'. The sheets were threadbare with holes. The bed was firm and the room was clean. Manitou Springs is a great little Eclectic town and this hotel sits right on the main drag. All attractions and shopping are very nearby. The rooms are large and comfortable, but without a mini fridge or microwave which would have made a big improvement to our stay. The breakfast is plain but plentiful and we were encouraged to take seconds.... more

This is a good motel if you are not riding a motorcycle. The parking lot is a bit itimidating. Entry and exits can be a scary event. If you are in an auto by all means stay at the eagle. However if you are on a bike, find a motel with a more level parking and not such a trecherous... more

The hotel and room were very clean. Bed was comfortable. The owner was very accomodating since we arrived late and left the room open for us.
