My husband and I attended a wedding at the Brierhurst Manor right down the road from this hotel. The rooms were clean and sufficiently updated, I loved the hot tub next to the river. We had a wonderful experience. We loved having a fridge in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. more

Clean, affordable, safe (next to public safety), within easy walking distance of downtown, what more can you want? Take the savings over staying at a chain motel and get a good meal at the restaurant next door! more

Based on the price, my expectations were not at all high. I was very pleasantly surprised! The room accomodated my wife & I, and our 3 small children well with a front room and back room to the unit. The unit was nicely updated and cleaner than any that I have stayed in for some time. Casey & Aleece, the... more

We were in Canon City on July 4th and had planned on staying overnight at Cripple Creek. Once there, we found all the rooms there were booked. We traveled on to Manitou Springs arriving there just as the fireworks started. The Inn had a vacancy sign so we stopped there. We got a more than reasonable priced room. The room... more

This place is great spacious clean and quiet even on a Saturday night The location is perfect we were in short walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops and most of the local attractions were just a short drive away. The rooms have everything you need and are kept very clean they are not upscale but neither is... more

Well, I tried for a week to get a hold of someone to make reservations. I know that we were going in the off season so I wasn't too put off by the lack of communication. When we finally arrived I was slightly disappointed. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite which I was told was the nicest room they had.... more

Great little place to stay. It was basic but clean, quiet and cheap. It was about the closet place to the old town shopping area. There is a little brook behind it that makes a nice soothing sound. The staff was very friendly and serviced the room daily. We will definitely stay there next summer. more

We stayed at the Inn the week of July 4th. What a suprise!! The staff is VERY friendly!!! The rooms were kept very clean. We had a fox that came down from the mountain every night, and let us hand feed her (that was really exciting!!). The motel is a short walking distance from the shopping district and restaurants. (Go... more

After finding all the fancy bed and breakfast's booked, we tried this place. It was unbelievably cheap (less than seventy dollars for four adults), quiet, clean, and spacious. It also has an excellent location and friendly staff. The rooms are basic, but provide all you need, and with the money we saved we ate at all the great manitou restaurants.... more

I seriously doubt the only other review of this property. I have stayed at the Pike's Peak Inn several times and have always found the proprietors to be very pleasant. As for the property itself, I rate it as "average" only because it is not upscale or luxury, but average is not a bad thing. The motel has everything you... more
