We stayed one night and the rooms were brand-new, pretty, and very clean. Amanda at the front desk was so nice. Fairly yummy free breakfast, too. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to try it out. more

The hotel is sparkling clean. The folks at the front desk were friendly, providing directions to dinner and don't forget the cookies! The room was clean and modern. The bathroom is enormous with a large shower (no tub in case that is important to you) and nice shower head. Easy to find location. The bed was comfortable with nice linens.... more

My husband and I stayed here one night on our way to Ouray. I wish we had stayed in Gunnison because it's a nicer town. Montrose isn't all that great, but the Hampton Inn was nice. It was clean, safe, and quiet. I'm picky about hotels and this one more than met my standards. more
