My family and I have visited Pagosa Springs many times.I've always wanted to try this motel for a reasonable price because it looks cozy and cute from the road.Also the sign outside clearly states "super clean",after staying there for one night with my family I found that "super clean" is super false.This motel is very run down and not very clean and not a good deal at about $73.00.The staff however was super NICE and we love that,but they really need to change that sign to "super rustic". more
