It is a large complex. We stayed in a one bedroom unit. The size was very comfortable. It was not clean. Large crack in the side walk that they placed a cone so you would not fall. Had to call maintance sever times. The faucet on the tub was broken so that tells me they didn't clean the tub. Electricty... more

The resort was very peaceful & the unit was very nice. The roads inside the resort were pretty torn-up (especially for a sports car), but everything else was fine. We just returned from a two week stay at the Wyndam Pagosa. It was an RCI extra vacation. I had requested a handicapped unit and it was wonderful. One bedroom deluxe unit is a good size for 2 people. Balcony wasn't clean as spider webs so couldn't use it. VERY well equipted kitchen and unit faced the small lake. Didn't see any secuirty during our stay. There was a variety of activities at the center. Many things to do especially for outdoor people. Springs downtown are great! more

We were met outside Wyndham with a friendly face welcoming us and giving instructions for check-in. Check-in was friendly, fast and informative. Have you seen the millions of stars in the sky? Walk out of your room after dark and be prepared for a surprise. Outside our room was very quiet at night, with only a nearby air conditioner humming. The one bedroom "suite" was clean and fairly comfortable. Maintenance of the older unit was marginal by motel standards, with unpatched holes in walls where towel racks used to be and peeling varnish on the stained woodwork.
