I love everything about this B&B. I've stayed there for two years now and all I can say is good reviews. The rooms are excellent, hospitality is just like you were back home in Texas with the nicest folk. This is the nicest place. Carolyn has down a fabulous job in both decorating and maintaining this B&B. It is a newer building and kept up meticulously. She is friendly, the rates are great and a good breakfast. A perfect setting in a great area of Colorado too. more

A really great place to stay - the rooms are lovely (had one room on the way down and tried an other room on our way back........the John Wayne room......brilliant!). We stayed here two nights and had the entire lower level of the house to ourselves, complete with three very comfortable queen beds and a set of bunk beds, a tv and VCR with entire tape library as well, and a nice large bath.
