We have rented Seasons Four Condos for the past 8 years. We have always had a 3 BR 3 BA unit which accomodated 6 people in comfort. Well equipped kitchens are a must as in all of our 3 to 8 week stays we rarely eat out. The #1 village shuttle (an easy walk) runs every 20 minutes to get you to the Snowmass slopes or the 3 other mountains. The pool and hot tub (sauna and showers too) are very lightly used as is the recreation room which is available to all renters. Fireplaces are best not used; they all seem to have draft problems that make for in-the-room smoke. Soon they will be converted to natural gas. We have rented direct from owners and through real estate people; negotiating long term prices. Units in the hands of property managment firms become pricey. Some units have a washer/dryer or there is a coin-op laundry in the clubhouse. These condos are the best deals in Snowmass for families...we'll continue to go there in years ahead.
