I stay here every year and they are nicely staffed with friendly helpful folks. They have cheerfully supported a veterans event here for as long as I can remember. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub make for great apris atmosphere.

The Pokolodi lodge is a great value for it's location. It's more like a motel/ condo in that it's not a full service hotel. The staff is not round the clock but on call during off hours.
