we loved the TOV. the shuttle service was very prompt and helpful...always courteous. the maid service was helpful. large 3BR/3BA with steam shower was a nice touch! unit 301 is great and would stay again. no frills and not fancy, but that's what we are looking for with my family of 4 kids all under 12. more
