The 30 day cancellation period isn't quite fair. You are responsible for the entire room fee if you cancel for any reason within the 30 day window of your stay. I've stayed here a few times with work and it is nice enough... The rooms are spacious and the settings are fabulous. The food can be a bit hit and miss but for the most part this is a good hotel and I'd recommend it if you're staying in Steamboat. More
