In viewing the picture I can tell you our condo looked exactly like that....mauve carpeting, green uncomfortable furniture. One bedroom was too cold and the other too warm and no decent way to adjust the temp. Bad beds and a shower that barely worked. jAnd indoor hottub took the fun out of hot tubbing.
