We (myself and 2 teen boys) stayed at the Villas at Walton Creek (unit 1421) during the last week in February. We found Mountain Resorts to be very easy to work with. When I was looking at booking on line, nothing was available, but I was able to book via phone. I paid $1250 for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Check in and check out was a breeze at the Mountain Resorts building about 5 minutes away from our condo. Steamboat is very easy to find your way around.

Although it says that the condo is within 600 yards of the gondola, it must be measured by how a bird flies, definitely too far to walk while carrying gear or in ski/snowboard boots. The shuttle stop on the other hand was a quick walk out to Walton Creek Road, we never had to wait for more than a few minutes.
