I booked a room at the Ice House just hours before arriving in Telluride. The front desk clerk was very friendly and negotiated the rate with me (20% off) based on the timing of my visit. The Ice House Lodge has two buildings - one for hotel rooms/suites and one for condominiums which are also rented out.
