We stayed at the Franz Klammer for a week and loved the coziness and location. The service provided by the drivers/bell staff were excellent. But the concierge coukd do a slightly better job. Overall it was a great stay.

My wife and I stayed here in February. The location is great and right in the middle of everything but still fairly quiet. Everything was first class especially the service. They went out of there way to to accommodate any request. We had a great time and will be staying here again.
