There was a grand opening sign that caught my attention as i was looking for a motel in Walsenburg, CO. It was the Sands motel and i stayed for the weekend and it was awesome service, very clean, and affordable. The people were very friendly! If you are traveling to this area and want an affordable and clean room, this is where you should go. The rooms are also very roomy and they served a very nice continental breakfast. I will definitely stay again!!!
