We visited Winter Park for a summer wedding and selected this hotel based on location, convenience and cost. It did not disappoint! The rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and hikes. The tram outside the entrance takes you to the Winter Park Village within a few minutes. They especially welcome pets. more

We are just finishing a great four night stay at the Vintage. Overall, a very good experience. Yes, some of the carpeting is a little worn in a few places and the bathrooms are a little out of date - however the other room/hotel amenities, location and price more than make up for this. This hotel is pretty good. We don't spend much time in our room so we're ok with a basic, clean hotel room. What turned us off was that the hotel was "dislocated" from the village but you could get there by their gondola (or long walk/short drive). Well this stay was basically on a average, average.. The money all had to be paid 30 days before your stay, which kinda sucked. So no changing your mind. No refunds. Still use keys!! Wow Step back in time this is place to stay. Resturant & bar closes at 9pm, starbucks down the road closes at 5pm.. Beds Wow ...... more

Pro: The Vintage has a great location for skiing/snowboarding at Winter Park. The front desk staff is very friendly. Con: The walls are very thin; you can hear your neighbors easily. Parking can be difficult if you arrive during prime ski time. We would stay here again, and recommend it, but only at prices under $100/night. more
