I have to say the Bear paw Inn is one of the best B&B I've been to in a long time. Sue and Rick are extremely helpful in all the things to do around the area. The breakfast is the best I've ever had and don't think you could find any better. I would recommend this to any couple that... more

My wife and I love the Bear Paw and have stayed with Sue & Rick at least once a year every year for almost as long as I can remember. We have the best time. We are there to get away from it all. We don't care about being close to anything but nature. I don't know about the rest... more

We had the pleasure of staying at the Bear Paw Inn this past summer and cannot say enough good things about the place. Rick and Sue Callahan, our hosts, welcomed us with warm greetings and freshly baked cookies in the afternoon! Our room was very inviting with large, comfortable beds. There is a large deck perfect for relaxing after a... more

The hostess and host, Rick and Sue are so friendly and caring. Sue makes a delicious breakfast. I would rate my stay as 4 star. The view from this beautiful log home is stunning. The host and hostess made sure that everything was just perfect. I have made arrangements to stay here again this winter and will recommend their B... more

My husband and I travel extensively and always seek out bed and breakfast inns for the warmth, intimacy, and great food. The Bear Paw is located in an incredibly beautiful section of Winter Park with sweeping views of the surrounding area. When we are on vacation we like to completely chill out and truly get away from it all. We... more

If you want a stay in the real Colorado - with panoramic mountain views and western innkeeper hospitality, the Bear Paw is the place to go. It's out of town, so it's quiet and peaceful. The rooms are cozy, with wonderful linens and comforters. Rich and Sue are great hosts who have thought of everything, from cookies to slippers to... more

This is my third visit to the Bear Paw. My friends and I love the place. It is close enough to town if you want to shop or go out for nice dinners, but at the same time privides a feeling of being in the wild. Rick and Sue are really fine hosts and have always been pleasant and helpful... more

My stay was an absoloute disaster, except for the delicious breakfast she cooked. First of all the place is in the middle of nowhere with absolutely nothing to do. This would not have been an issue, except I was led to believe otherwise. Didn't see any wildlife on our entire stay...and was told there were tons when we booked. The... more

This place is great. Sue and Rich were great hosts, we got lost on the way traveling at night but once we found it were greeted with fresh cookies and sherry. The room we stayed in(there are only two) was very cozy with a hot tub and comfy bed. These were amenities we needed after a day of snowboarding. Although... more

The Inn is a very nice log home built in the 1980's on top of a 9000 foot mountain with 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains. The home is well built and comfortable, the room we stayed in had a private stairway to the outside. It also had a nice 2 person spa tub and a small stall shower.... more
