We stayed here last year while going to the BIG E, and for the value found it great. This year we found it had been updated over the course of the year! The rooms were bright and clean, micro-refrigerators had been added, internet access was available, a complimentary breakfast is available, and the check in and check out times are... more

Bedbugs! We were in room 146. The hotel claimed that they provide breakfast. Turned out it was coupon (for up to 2 adults) to the bickford restaurant next door. Drink is not included in the coupon. Kids are not covered either. more

My husband booked me and my colleague in here while on a road trip. We needed a decent place to rest our heads for the night. The hotel was very convenient to the highway (highway noise wasn't an issue though). There were plenty of services around for shopping and eating. The rooms were basic and quite clean. My only complaint,... more

For a hotel that has nothing else besides a ice machine and a vending machine I found this hotel to be very, very clean and comfortable. I was in room 211 and the carpet looked brand new and the bath room was very clean. I would stay here again if I was in that area again. more

While visiting New England colleges with one of my teenagers, I happened upon this location in a coupon booklet at a rest stop. It turned out to be very affordable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the service. The people at the front desk were friendly; the room was very clean; and finding dinner... more

We have stayed at the Red Roof Enfield while on business in Springfield for the last 3 years, and though it is solidly an economy level hotel it has always met our bottom line needs as a place to sleep at the end of a long day at work. Until this year, that is!... We found out the hard way... more

We often go to Springfield for dog shows and this hotel is one of the best we have found to stay in with our dog. It’s about 15 minutes from the Big E. We like that it is quiet, with all room doors opening to the outside there are no hallways which keeps noise down. But the best reason to... more

Stayed there overnight while passing though Springfield. Was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was, and how everything was in order. The motel had been recently renovated and I especially noticed how clean and bright the bathroom was with plenty of hot water too. Despite being close to an airport I didn't have a problem with jet noise or... more

My wife and I spent one night here while traveling through the area and we found everything very nice. The hotel is a basic, no-frills hotel, but excellent for a moderately priced hotel. Our room with a king size bed was somewhat small, but adequate for our needs. The bath area, where the tub and toilet are located, was very... more

The Red Roof Inn Enfield is an OK place. For me, it's what I would expect for my money when staying at a budget hotel. The rooms are very clean and the whole Motel is well maintained. The TV worked and there were 3 HBO channels as well as ESPN, FOX News, CNN and several local stations. The A/C kept... more
