The Hilton in Hartford was exceptional. Staff very nice, helpful and room very clean. I was looking for a good location and decent price and I found it at the Hilton Hartford. Handy to restaurants. Felt safe in the neighborhood.

I had a room with double beds. Loved the room. Not the view. But the view didn't really matter. I was very happy with the service - the housekeepers & front desk people were professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to stay again. The whole hotel was clean and organized. I did not use the spa.

It was very pleasant. The staff were exceptional. Nice restaurant, convenient and good service. Hot tub was very small. Pool was nice. The location is great and parking was very reasonable for the city.

Stayed with friends for a long weekend in Hartford. Very convenient location, close to a variety of restaurants downtown. Walking distance to Wadsworth Atheneum, Bushnell Park, etc. Comfortable and clean, good service and great breakfast buffet.

Good location, pretty standard facilities for a mid range Hilton. My only gripe was that the fitness center was woefully under supplied. Every day there was a waiting line for equipment - even at 5:30 am! There was room for a couple more ellipticals (they only have 2) and they need to supply them.

A two night stay on business, the check in was warm and friendly, especially with tips about the downtown area. Room service food was well priced and very fresh, even late at night. The room is very functional and in room coffee exceptionally good for drip. Local drop off with the shuttle was super convenient.
