Very Clean and the Staff was very accomodating and friendly. I would stay there again. Walking distance to downtown Hartford.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms and the bathrooms are always clean. I will continue to stay here fo my future trips to the Hartford area. The TVs in the room are good quality and the exercise room is well equiped.

The staff at Ramada Plaza in Hartford, CT were very attentive and friendly. We were with a group and the staff provided us with space to gather and socialize. They were very accomadating.
