I've had the chance to stay at Foxwoods four times over the past three years so I'm very comfortable in recommending Foxwoods as a Casino destination, but NOT a lodging destinations. On the positive notes, the place is full of entertainment options for all members of the family. I enjoyed the WPT poker table to death (stayed up through 5am... more

Stayed in the Cedar Hotel Friday May 1st after getting a decent rate of $89. We were put on the 5th floor in room 509. The room was very clean with comfortable beds. The only noticeable problem with the room was that the beds were double sized and were not long enough for your legs. If you were over 6... more

We drove up from northern NJ. For us the distance to Foxwoods and Atlantic city are the same. We stayed at the Two trees inn for 2 nights. The pool was heated, and indoors which I liked since it wasn't warm enough out for an outdoor pool. The hotel overall was nice and cost effective. My only complaint would be... more

We stayed here because it was 70 dollars. We had a 19th flor room and it was the best. The colosets has lights and there was a hd tv in the room. We had dinner in the hard rock cafe which was great. Our watriess, Luz at breakfast was extremely atentive. All the food was wonderfull. There were 2 great... more

I took my husband for his birthday weekend - never have I been so disappointed. The room had stains on the carpet, chairs and graffiti in the bathroom! We called to complain and were moved to a room with slightly fewer stains. Went to the steakhouse, the waiter knew nothing about the menu, the meat was overcooked and the dishware... more

We stayed at the Cedars at Foxwoods and did not know that one side of the hotel faces the lot for buses and trucks. All night long we heard the back-up sounds of both. You could also hear them announcing when the buses were leaving. If you are a light sleeper, don't stay on that side of the hotel. We... more

We had decided to stay for the weekend due to the fact that we were actually going to see a show over at the MGM but stayed in the Pequot Towers. First tip... ALWAYS use the valet parking and ALWAYS tip the valet. We tip upon arrival and when leaving so our vehicle is usually VIP'd so at pick-up you... more

We absolutely love staying at Foxwoods. The last time we stayed was for our anniversary, and we stayed in the Grand Pequot Tower. It was a beautiful room with a fantastic view of tree-filled hills as far as you could see. The room was clean and the furniture was beautiful. The wood headboard of the bed had the Foxwoods logo... more

I was at Foxwoods for bizz only , not much of a gambler. Usually I travel to main airport hubs so there are many options. This was not the case at Foxwoods since one is somewhat of a captive audience out in the forest . I did notice people who seemed to enjoy themselves and liked the convenience of everything... more

Went up to Foxwoods for the Food and Wine Festival. Our biggest issue with the property was the lack of signs. We parked in a garage (one of 4) and it took us wandering around for about 30 min. to even find the front desk of the right tower. Once in the room, it was fine and the products in... more
