Our room was "Orlando" and offered a comfortable bed, gas fireplace, jaccuzzi tub and a deck overlooking the well-manicured lawns and pretty gardens. My husband just returned from a weekend at Stonecroft and it was absolutely perfect. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room was not working (and it was in the 90's!), but they had it fixed within an hour. We have stayed at Bed and Breakfasts all over the US and Canada, and Stonecroft is one of the very best. It is near enough to Mystic to make sightseeing easy but far enough away to ensure quiet and relaxation. "wow" is the word that comes to mind. From the moment we stepped into the lemon yellow colored inn, we were transported into a peaceful tranquility we had not experienced before.
