Stayed here while on a business trip. The rooms were small and the staff was not very polite. Front desk was very rude and kept talking on her cell phone while checking me in. My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times the past 2 years because we have a daughter at UCONN - which is only 20-25 minutes away. Comfy beds made for a decent stay. Pool looked clean, staff was friendly, workout room was well-equipped. My only gripe is that they don't have any type of breakfast.
