I have stayed here with my family over the holidays for years,as it is close to my parent's house. As time has gone by, the place has become increasingly shabby. This place used to be good, it's now a total dump: dirty bathrooms in the over-priced rooms, the room smelled of smoke (it was a smoke free room), toaster & coffee maker didn't work. Manager didn't care at all when we complained. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!! more

I finished a three night stay in Manchester because the usual hotel i stay at was full. They recommended Manchester to me and i was so impressed here that i have now made this my new place to stay. My husband and I stayed at Clarion Suites, Manchester, Ct. on Jan. 25, 2007 for one night. semi-clean (where vaccum could reach) kitchen stove and micro wave were dirty. dust webs everywhere. Killing spiders and crawling bugs is no fun. Stayed for 5 days while going to school, had the best time. The fat tuesday party was THE BEST. Good breakfast , few hours of free beer and wine every day and dinner also. Rooms were clean, big and have full kitchens. Truly one of the best hotels I have ever been too. Keep up the good work!! more

What a horrible stay!!! We were here for a family event. Our room was dirty and had bugs. (Not usre what they were) Breakfast was cold. Not worth the money. more
