I have stayed here with my family over the holidays for years,as it is close to my parent's house. As time has gone by, the place has become increasingly shabby. This place used to be good, it's now a total dump: dirty bathrooms in the over-priced rooms, the room smelled of smoke (it was a smoke free room), toaster & coffee maker didn't work. Manager didn't care at all when we complained. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!! more

I finished a three night stay in Manchester because the usual hotel i stay at was full. They recommended Manchester to me and i was so impressed here that i have now made this my new place to stay. Stayed for 5 days while going to school, had the best time. The fat tuesday party was THE BEST. Good breakfast , few hours of free beer and wine every day and dinner also. Rooms were clean, big and have full kitchens. Truly one of the best hotels I have ever been too. Keep up the good work!! more
