We were hosting a job candidate. The first room was in a terrible location next to the lobby. It smelled worse than the Foxwoods casino. Thankfully, able to get a different room. Not the best way to showcase the hotel. And check the rooms before they are declared smoke free.

We were visiting UConn and needed an inexpensive place to stay before moving on to Boston. Best Western fit the bill perfectly. Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, coffee pot in room, big flat screen TV, free wi-fi, and a free breakfast. If you want simple and good, it's worth a try.
