My three-year-old picked up a piece of dog poop from under the bed during our stay (we didn't bring a pet) how gross! We told the management upon check out but they didn't seem to care. Needless to say this was our last stay at Motel 6! more

Anyone needing a place to spend the night while visiting Lake Compounce and not wanting to shell out over a hundred bucks a night will be very happy with this motel. My daughter and I stayed 10 days and were very pleased. Rooms are basic but clean and quiet, housekeeping staff was friendly and accomodating to our requests. Grounds are neat with plenty of parking. Having Starbucks and Denny's out front was definitely a plus, can walk to both! Can't be beat at $50 per nite! Would highly recommend to anyone! more

Completely bare bones - no alarm clock - no shampoo - 2 small bars of soap. Clean room, comfy bed, safe area. Fine for sleeping. End of story! more
