The hotel was reasonably clean. Probably not worth the price. The managers at the desk were excellent and very helpful when I arrived. They set up a taxi, which unfortunately did not arrive; however, they called on my behalf to fix the problem. I would happily stay here again.

Old motel/hotel. Front people were helpful. the hotel is old and everything shows like that. AC is load but ours was working. Our friends AC did not work. We stayed here because it was the closest hotel to the Orthodox synagogue. Would not do it again.

Great place to stay, convenient to town (walk anywhere), if you are staying in West Hartford for UConn Health Center or Medical School, this is good place to stay. Don't need car for going to dinner or lunch, free breakfast, near (block or two) Blue Back Square, not real fancy, but more convenient and nice than any other in area.
