Parking is in a garage so great for our motorcycle! Staff is polite but not friendly. Continental breakfast consists only of coffee, orange/apple juice, and one pastry. Room was very quiet. Go to West Hartford once a year with a friend to visit family in the area. Made a reservation in August on-line, no problem. Got to the WH Inn in September as planned. Room was very stale smelling and my sheets actually stunk, however, we arrived so late at night I just slept with a nose-plug! However, bathroom was very clean and staff was friendly. Definitely not more than a one or two star. more

This is an update to the review of my stay last July. Service has improved, so maybe they were truly overwealmed in July. The hotel now has wireless internet in all rooms that works well. the only place to stay in West Hartford. Served tea and coffee, bagels and fruit in the A.M. Richard and the staff were very friendly.
