Surly staff (those that could understand English). No continental breakfast as advertised - in fact no coffee at all in the unheated "lounge" until 9 am.
While we were there a snowstorm occured, and at 9 am the driveway and parking lot was still uplowed. We had to plow through six inches of snow to get out.
Everytime we went out during our several day stay, someone came into our room and shut the heat off - in January. It took two days before we figured out that the reason there was no hot water in the bathroom vanity was because the hot water feed had been shut off!
We checked out a day early but the manager refused to give us a credit because we had booked through Orbitz.
Unless you have a strong streak of masochism don't even think about staying here. more
