summer place it's a small hotel in bethany beach with nice and clean rooms very affordable. we stayed in unit 8 it was renovated, susan was nice as always. we cant wait for the summer and come back to delaware.
It's closed to the beach, the value is affordable, the rooms are very clean and nice, the pool awesome except for the oven cause was old and rusty. But everything else was great!!!!! Will come for next summer.
I love the beach and this place is close to.it that's why I stay here. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were super clean except for the oven which I think it too old. I stayed in unit 10 which needs renovations that's my only consert.
