It seemed too good to be true, and it was. We got a $225/night price - for a 3-day summer weekend. Most places only rent a week's stay. It has balconies and floor-to-ceiling views of the boats and Dewey harbor from both the living room and bedroom. It is a high-end luxury condo. Truly beautiful - with a full-size marble countertop kitchen, flat-screen TV, high-speed wireless internet on the balcony, ... There was even an inner hallway between the bedroom and bathroom that fit our toddler's Pak-N-Play, giving us access when she was asleep to the living room, kitchen, bath, and outer door without disturbing her. There is a nice roof-top pool.

The HUGE downside: It is right next-door to not one, but TWO nightclubs!!! Between the two, there is something going on each night of the week until after 1am. You may know that sound really carries on bay water. If it was the ocean, you may not hear it a much, but a still harbor, oh yeah. We were at the far end of the complex... more
