This hotel is value for the money. Good clean hotel. The service is excellent. and parking is just $15 unlimited entery and exit. Located downtown. Only thing lacking in the room is a mini fridge. Other than that, it can be recommended to anyone. more

This was a clean hotel with nice, newly renovated rooms on the executive floor. The piano in the lobby never seems to be in use. The nickel and diming for add-ons always seems tacky at a nice hotel like this. They charge for parking and wifi but give away cookies. It should be the other way around. more

Great deal on Priceline for a weekend stay. Mostly a business and conference hotel. Downtown is quiet and Wilmington is struggling to revive the downtown core and river area. The Doubletree Wilmington Downtown Legal District is exactly what you'd expect in a mid-market hotel.
