Stayed for two nights when we visited Longwood Gardens. Room was very clean and large. Bathroom was very tiny. Cookies were delicious :) In and out parking was an extra $15 per day but the rate we got on price line was well worth it!

Hotel was just ok. Food was left out uncovered for almost 12 hours in the hallway, when I called to discuss the situation the staff was rude. On the positive side there was extremely nice rooms and beds, very comfortable! I would not stay here again!

From check-in not having my friends name on record, to waiting nearly 50 min in an not busy restaurant and not getting my salad, there are major problems at this hotel due to the service. One evening both elevators were broken and I had to climb 3 flights of stairs to my room multiple times.

This hotel can be summed up with the word "adequate." Nothing about the stay was offputing but nothing was great about the stay either. A minor flaw was the small size of the shower.
