Most of the employees are friendly and the rates are good but... You can't get towels, they are removed from the room to be laundered but are not replaced. Staff is great, however it is right next to Tri-Rail train line and freight trains run right by hotel. They have "triple pane" glass in the rooms so the sound isn't too bad but the vibrations made glasses fall off tables and pictures bang against the walls. The smiling, cooperative, and responsive staff makes up for any shortfalls at the Homestead. Marty, Orlando, Raul, and Paula are all terrific folk -- totally committed to making your stay comfortable and pleasant. -- No wonder my Uncle Fred stays at the Homestead Boca whenever he vistis Delray Beach or Boca Raton.
