It was quiet, beds were ok and modern thru wall quiet ac and the breakfast was edible, but litter in the elevators together with the rest area restroom odor in them was disgusting. Staff was really nice, though. Prepare to stay there with the construction crews. Within bonita springs, probably a higher rating, but stay in another town.

We lucked out on this one. After booking on hotwire we were attributed this Holiday Inn express. It was very full over New Years weekend. Finding room to eat breakfast was a challenge.
