We stayed here as the second, relaxing week of our holiday. The location was a bit of a surprise, as we expected it to be nearer to Naples and to a beach. The staff were friendly and attentive - I liked the fact that everyone wore a badge with their name and where they were from - a nice touch.... more

This 7day stay was our "relax week" prior to a second week stay in Orlando & the hotel delivered everything and more. From the very warm welcome from the staff each day, the hotel services including free bike rental, pools & slides, climbing walls, health club, boat service, inhouse Starbucks and pleasent suroundings this hotel was excellent. This hotel is a great little weekend getaway for Florida residents. It has beautiful grounds and full service amenities. The pool area's are beautiful and relaxing. There is decent pool side service with the usual overpriced food and drink menu. We were there for Memorial Day weekend and the resort was packed, but it was still very pleasant. They have... more

I traveled to the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point this month for a business conference. It is a very nice resort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It looked like a very family oriented location with a pool with various slides. They had a boat that took you to a beach but I didn't get a chance to use it.... more

We did not have a room here, but were staying at the timeshare property next door, Hyatt Coconut Plantation (see review). There's a shuttle that brings guests between the two properties so that you can utilize different amenites. We went to the pool three days, given they have two water slides (large slide & child's slide), and lounge chair food/drink... more

My husband and I booked a 2-nite stay over Memorial Day weekend. We requested a high floor upon check-in and were extremely surprised when they told us we were upgraded to the "presidential suite". The view overlooked the bay, pool and fountains. There were six balconies, a dining room, bar area, living room, two bathrooms (one with a T.V.) and... more

This is a beautiful property, but the location is puzzling and ill-conceived. I would guess that 80% of people vacationing in Florida come for 2 things: weather, and the beach. This hotel is built in the middle of a mangrove swamp. There are lots of biting insects, and the beach is one trolley, and one boat ride, away (about 40... more

I was more than pleased with the facility and the staff. What a pleasure. Our room was on a corner so we had three patios. The grounds are beautiful, The pools are wonderful. The staff wins the award for being the most memorable. Each one we talked to went out of there way to be pleasant, friendly and helpful. We... more

My Mom, Sister and I stayed at the Hyatt Conconut Point over Easter Weekend. We paid $230 which included breakfast. Our room was on the top floor and offered amazing sun rises each morning. The pool set up is perfect for familys. The hotel offers great entertainment in the lounge on Saturday Night. Will certianly be back for more.! more

Had 5 days here in October 2008 at the end of a 2 week trip to Florida. Fantastic corner room with 3 balconies. Beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Guess this is out of season for Florida so hotel was relatively quiet, no problems with busy swimming pools. Took the trolley bus and spent one day down the road at the... more
