The hotel is a newer property that is easily accessible from I-75 and located near plenty of eating establishments (i.e. McDonald's, Denny's, Subway, pizza, Chinese, etc.). This property is a rather new HIE just off of I-75 near Brooksville. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable; pillows so so. A/C functions properly and efficiently. Breakfast is standard HEI. Check in was slow because only one employee was present. Room has the world's smallest ice bucket (really). All in all, a good place to stay.

Really nice, clean, staff is awesome. Breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Brooksville. Rooms were extremely clean, I was upgraded to suite upon check in and the staff went out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable

After 110 miles peddling on a bike, this HIE was a site for sore eyes and other parts. It was clean with a good free breakfast in the morning. The location was great for restaurants and other things nearby. If you looking for a clean, safe place, the HIE is your place.

Whilst the rooms were large and the beds comfortable I found an area of mold on the bathroom tiles and thick soap scum residue on tub (under the soap dish drainhole).
