Alice and her staff welcomed me with warm hospitality. After touring the town along the pier and eating a grand dinner on the water, I returned to the inn and sat on the porch watching the sun go down. What a view!! The courtyard at the inn is exquisite .. a well-tended garden. The kitchen was stocked with snacks (bottomless... More

Been a few times, my fav room is the honeymoon cottage. The breakfasts are so good and filling, you really dont need lunch! And the endless cookie jar, never found a cookie that I didnt like! Alice and Bill are wonderful hosts, the rest of the staff are as well. Love it, cannot wait to go back!

Can't say enough to describe this beautiful place. Quaint and quiet, perfect walking distance to downtown and the restaurants. The owner is wonderful and so was her husband who passed away a few years back. The staff makes sure you feel at home. There is unlimited acess to a huge variety of hot tea and the best chocolate chip cookies... More

Great atmosphere to spend a relaxing vacation in. Ms. Alice was a wonderful host. She and her staff prepared outstanding gourmet breakfasts. Every morning was something different but always included eggs, bacon or ham, and waffle or French toast. The coffee was very good, especially compared to what you get at a dinner. There are books and DVDs to borrow,... More

We found this via Trip Advisor and would recommend it. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. You can make tea or coffee at any time and have the full use of the garden. There is so much to do in Cedar Key if you like walking, wildlife and peace. Kona Joe's is a really lovely place to have a coffee... More

If you want to wind down, enjoy peace and quiet, and commune with nature, Cedar Key is a great place to do it, and this B&B is an ideal venue for these relaxing pursuits. Feb 2013: We were exploring the gulf coast of Florida and decided to see Cedar Key. We found a B&B, Cedar Key B&B on Trip Advisor. We couldn't of been more pleased. We stayed in "Jack's Room". It was large, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The breakfast was great. The staff very helpful in telling us... More

Alice is the "Hostess with the Mostest" charming, delightful with the "gift of hospitality". With an eye for detail, she has created and maintains an atmosphere of beauty, peace and rest difficult to find in this world and fast pace life we live.
