We spoke to them twice on the phone neither time did they mention that they were closed on the day we arrived. We arrived at 9:30 am after being up half the night with two small kids . we had not key and no idea where the house we rented was. After running my phone down we had a key from a lock box outside a building in Kississmmee. The house was miles from disney not 5 min away as they advertise. It was dirty. I mean dead bugs dried to the inside of the front door. We paid an additional $50.Us for an early check in. The phone didn't work.
At a pay phone they gave directions to another place near Kississimmee. This was abit better but gross stains on the carpet. The bbq Ipaid extra for was unusable (grease and food)

I should have known when they wanted paid in full up front.
/They also billed me twice but have since reimbused me. But with the different exchange rate I am out $50. for their error. more
