I can only expand on the great review written by wojo1989 a couple of days ago. This place is a dump. We had issues with cleanliness (dirty bathroom floors, glass ring marks left on table tops, etc.). I wouldn't wash my car with the towels that were provided. Location The location of the hotel was great for Disney parks, only a few miles away (7-8 minute drive time to all parks); however, the surrounding restaurants and gift shops made the area look like a trashy flea market with neon lights, odd gift shop buildings and signs everywhere. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was decent. The rooms were cleaned; however, I think because of the recent renovation, there was a smell of particle board. Yudi was extremely helpful and provided great customer service during our 4 night stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Had to call the hotel twice to find directions to the location and Yudi was great helping us out. Once we arrived he even upgraded us to a kids suite for free and was very friendly and generous towards me and my family.... more

I was highly impressed with Mr. Yudi's profesionalism and can do attitude. Had some problems with my room. He took it on and corrected all my complains in record time WITH A SMILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife made the reservation to stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Celebration and I must say we were pleasantly surprised in a pleasant way when we arrived. Our stay was for seven days. Upon check in 6th floor was where our room was.
