Once a great Holiday Inn property that welcomed 1000's of tourists over the years - it is no more. The Sunspree was leveled a few years ago, it is nothing more then a vacant lot. JMC a very successful local developer will at some future date build condos here. The Marquesas project is on hold.... they are not going to... more
