we stayed for 3 nights. room was clean and comfortable. location was excellent, everything in walking distance. plenty of safe, free parking at hotel. the staff could not have been nicer. could not get my son out of the heated pool. more

Fantastic location within very short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. Rooms were even better than expected with plenty of space enough for us six girls - spacious layout and a big bathroom mirror! Called direct for reservation, friendly and accommodating response. Roomy suite with two beds, two TV’s, sleeper sofa, table two chairs and kitchenette. Clean room and comfy beds. Key code not working for anyone arriving new. pool unsanitary. Dirt was floating on the top every day . Did not see anyone with a pool test kit the whole week to see if there was any Chlorine in the pool. Firstly we arrived late 3 am and could not get into our room with the code we were given so had to call an emergengy number and were given the master number and could enter anyone's room we discovered by accident. the shower would not drain , the staff did not clean the room until we had been there for... more

our room offered a fantastic view of the gulf.....pool area outstanding.....close to beach, restaurants and shops. Maid service was horrible. Friendly staff but lacking. Dirty floors, counter tops, bath room including toilet and tub , missing bed linens. Forgot towels and soap etc. No working guest laundry. New management company needs to get act together more

Stayed here for five days. The room was great and the service was great as well. The pool was nicer than we thought. The pool and rooms were recently renovated. The GM and his staff were very welcoming! A good mix of families with kids, senior citizens and young professionals! more
