The Echo Sails is conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of the beach and pier. The road is fairly quiet and parking is off road and free immediately in front of the hotel. We stay in room 13 VIP suite with 2 beds rooms and full kitchen. The appartement was very clean old style but comfortable. We were only 2 minutes walk from the pier 60 and the ocean. My mother lives in Tampa and I live in North Carolina. When we go to Fla we stay at Echo Sails. The owners are great and the place is very clean. I have a teenage son who has spent many summer and fall vacations there and my daughter is only 4 but I hope she will be able to also!!!! more
