We've been coming here for 4 years and we love this place! Stella and Eddie are very gracious and take good care of their guests. The rooms are very comfortable and right across the street from the beach! I highly recommend staying here.

Tiny family ran motel in Clearwater. Room is good, clean with a little kitchen in it. One block from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Clearwater boardwalk is 5 minutes drive away. Staff is nice and friendly. In overral this is a good place to stay in the beautiful Clearwater beach.

My husband and I stayed here over Christmas and were very satisfied with the room (with well equipped kitchen) and location. The owners, Stella and Ed, keep their remodelled motel very clean and were very helpful with any questions. The location is excellent...closeby to restaurants and beach. We would definitely stay again....very reasonably priced!!

The owners of this motel are awesome, i know them personally, motel is very clean, my room had a little kitchen in it, motel fairly close to all the restaurants, the beach is a block away, nice pool area.

We recently stayed at the Sands Point for the 2nd time. The first time was a few years prior. Once again we had a very nice experience. The room was clean, and recently remodeled, the pool was lovely, and the location can't be beat.
