I just returned from an overnight at this hotel and was quite happy for the price. It must have been renovated recently. The elevator needs work but for the price you could not beat it. Beautiful view great restaurant next door. more

I am normally not a picky visitor at all, but this place screamed "we are in it for the money". Where do I begin? The decor is aged, the mattresses needed a wooden board in between the mattress and baseboard. My wife and I visit Clearwater Beach every year. We were greeted with a smile and treated very well. The room was clean, and does show some signs of aging. It's not that bad. We don't spend all our time in the room anyway, but it's a very good location. There's also a little bar called Britts right next door.... more

You definately get what you pay for. If you are on a budget, this is the place, great location right on the beach. Very nice people who run the hotel, but it has definately seen better days. Our room smelled like pepperoni and sausage so we bough lysol and candles to help clear out the smell. We are two adults... more

Stayed here July 20-22. Big room overlooking pool area and gulf (across the street). A/C worked fairly well, not great. Carpet looked old, dingy, nasty. Beds were clean, but not comfortable. One word to describe this place HORRIBLE very expensive and nasty. 1st room we got had a big hole in the wall so they changed our room, the elevator never worked and we were on the 4th floor. The location is the only great thing about this place....the "breakfast" they provide is literally a rubbermaid tub full of Little Debbies...who knows how old they were?!
