Most importantly for us was easy access to beaches and parks from 15 minutes in St. Petersburg, to 30 minutes in the Fort DeSoto Beach or the Skyway Bridge for fishing. I have stayed at this hotel for over five years when I come to the area. The new renovations are wonderful. The new bedding and carpet was great. The staff was friendly and the laundry room was convenient.
