When we checked into this property, our request for a first floor room was not honored. We had to lug heavy luggage up to the second floor with no elevator. Reserved a King room for 10/19 & 20th. They did not hold the King and gave us two doubles instead. When I complained to the front desk, they said the King had plumbing problems (only one king?) and had nothing else available. Shower curtain had mold the last third of the way down and black mold on the bathroom ceiling.... more
