We recently spent the weekend at this "resort" for the Key Lime Pie Festival and had a great time! We were nervous about staying there since some of the reviews were bad, but when we arrived to our OceanFront Suite on the 3rd Floor we were very impressed. It was clean and we had a wonderful time.

Certainly concerning here about Staff and Customer Service - especially in light of the review right before this one with staff compliments.
As we do thousands of room nights with our partners like Priceline and such, rest assured we are constantly checking on the 'details' to ensure you get exactly what you requested....and hopefully a little bit more.

Horrible resort, staff doesn't care shower did not work. Heater smelled horrible. Mold on the roof. Talking about they just put lipstick on a pig. Manager has not responded to me as of yet. Save yourself the money and go to a brand name hotel.

We spent four nights at IPRS mid-January. It was very much low season, but we felt the room, the restaurant, bar, beach access and facilities were all fine. Breakfast was an excellent deal. For the price, maybe we should rate it above average.
