This is not a "new" hotel. Rather an older 60's building, recently renovated. I had no issues with the elevators as mentioned in prior reviews, but I can say, they are deserving of replacement...fairly slow, and clunky/old. Pros: Near everything in downtown Coral Gables. Stayed for 3 nights over MLK weekend. The room rate was a bit pricey ($169) but comparable to other hotels for this weekend. Room was clean, plenty of towels, free wi fi, refrigerator, and microwave which was a nice extra. My rate included breakfast which was standard buffet fare but good. Service was excellent.
