The hotel is an older building but has been recently renovated. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, amazing decor and very spacious. We stayed at the Hyatt after our cruise in August, 2009. This is a great hotel. Parking at the hotel is $16 per day and wireless internet is $10 per day. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We also tried the Two Sisters restaurant at the hotel and the food was good. more

I stayed here with my husband and 6 year old son and it was fabulous. We had a terrace suite, the room was fabulous, big and spacious, great view of the pool. The recent refurbishment is great. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby on the Miracle Mile. Would highly recommend this hotel. more
