sink drain in bathroom was not properly hooked up, so when the water was turned on it flooded the bathroom floor, palmetto bugs were crawling all over the bathroom and in the shower, many were also dead on the floor, the room smelled very moldy and musty as if the air conditioner had not been ran in quite some time.
